What to expect for your first appointment:

  • Arrive 10 – 15 minutes early to complete client information form
  • Tell your massage therapist about any conditions (including allergies), injuries, soreness or discomfort you have
  • Inform your therapist about medications you currently take
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Leave your jewelry at home
  • Communicate with your therapist during the massage regarding pressure, discomfort, pain and body temperature
  • Relax into the table and focus on your breath
