With a background in corporate environments, I understand how long hours, desk work, and daily stress can take a toll on the body.
I offer both chair and table massage options, allowing each session to be tailored for either quick, effective relief or a more focused, therapeutic reset.
Each session blends therapeutic deep tissue and myofascial techniques with a holistic, intuitive approach—supporting not only physical relief, but a deeper sense of balance and nervous system reset. Every experience is designed to help clients relax, recharge, and return feeling more clear, grounded, and supported.

Amy is Maine Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki II practitioner, offering therapeutic bodywork throughout Southern Maine.
I’ve had a lifelong passion for the healing arts and believe the body holds the keys to everything we need—it’s simply a matter of creating the space to reconnect and listen. I work to uplift my clients and support them in releasing the burdens they carry, physically, mentally, energetically and emotionally.
With a background in corporate environments, I understand how long hours, repetitive movement, and daily stress can take a toll on the body. That experience allows me to meet people where they are and create sessions that provide real, effective relief.
My approach blends therapeutic techniques like deep tissue, myofascial work, intuition with energy based practices, creating sessions that are both focused and intuitive. Whether I’m working at an event, in a workplace, or with a private client, my goal is always the same—to help people feel real relief in their body and walk away lighter, clearer, and more at ease.
Amy, is an amazing massage therapist! My session with her I was blown away! I have been dealing with chronic pain for years! I cannot tell you how good I felt after a deep tissue massage with her. She has a calming presence, that is also joyful. I felt comfortable and she was great checking in with me throughout the who massage. I had muscles she was able to get to that I didn’t even know existed. But they were tight and by the end I felt not only the relief from the massage but energized and balanced. She is an amazing person, with an incredible gift! I highly recommend her! And highly recommend the deep tissue and look forward to more!!!
